Mel Grimm

Junior Salesforce Administrator

Biography

With 15 years of experience in operations and 12 years in project coordination and management, I bring a well-rounded background in organizing, planning, and delivering results. With 6 years of front-end and 3 years of back-end Salesforce in my toolkit — I am able to support our team and partners with both the user-facing and technical sides of our systems. I’m excited to be part of PFF’s mission to build thriving rural communities by supporting the internal infrastructure that keeps our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, you’ll most often find me reading, going on adventures with my dog, or rolling around town on skates.

What does a Thriving Rural community mean to you?

“I’ve lived in rural communities at multiple stages of my life and I’ve seen up close how limited access to opportunity, education and healthcare can shape a person’s future. Because of these experiences I am committed to advocating for solutions that remove barriers and open doors for people in underserved areas.”
