Qadir is a member of The Patterson Family Foundation’s technology team, responsible for database administration and optimizing the user experience across the Foundation’s grant management platform used by program officers, grantees, and applicants. He joined the Foundation in 2023, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in technology, training, and people leadership—most notably over a decade at the pharmaceutical tech firm Rx Savings Solutions.
At The Patterson Family Foundation, Qadir continues to apply this mindset—streamlining processes and building for sustainable, scalable impact through Salesforce.
Raised in Kansas City, Qadir is deeply rooted in the local community. Outside of work, he’s passionate about health and fitness. Though no longer an active gym coach, he continues to promote functional movement and proper nutrition among friends and family.
