Biography

Stephanie Lewis is a strategic program and partnership leader with 17+ years of experience driving organizational performance and delivering measurable outcomes. Her expertise in building scalable programs, enabling cross-functional teams, and fostering strategic collaborations aligns directly with the Patterson Family Foundation’s mission of helping rural communities thrive

Stephanie’s background in healthcare technology, program leadership, and partnership strategy supports the Foundation’s focus on healthcare access, education, economic opportunity, and community engagement. She has also served on boards supporting youth development and community initiatives, reflecting a commitment to empowering people and strengthening communities.

  • Board Member for the Liberty Public Schools PTA Council (2025- present) 
  • Board of Directors for Small Changes Big Shifts (2018 – 2023) 

Stephanie lives in Kansas City with her husband, Justin, their son and daughter, and their dog. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, watching her kids play sports, staying involved in their school district, and spending time with family and friends.
