Dion Thompson-Davoli serves as the Research Analyst at the Patterson Family Foundation, where he leverages experience with economic development and city and regional planning to deliver data-informed insights to support the Foundation’s grantmaking strategy and programs.
Before joining the Foundation, Dion worked in economic development in both rural and metropolitan contexts, and was for several years a case worker in homeless services in Detroit, MI. He holds an MA in City Planning from Georgetown University and a BA in International Relations from the University of Notre Dame.
Outside of the office, Dion enjoys spending time with his wife and infant daughter, reading, and exploring Kansas City. He is an active parishioner at St. Francis Xavier.
